Thanks for Making a Difference in 2025!

Dear Supporters,

As we welcome 2026, all of us at Dhaatri would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to our friends, supporters, and well-wishers. Your generous contributions (collaborations, sisterhood, funds, advice, thoughts, prayers and many other forms of moral support and encouragement) have helped our team have the courage and strength to go forward in our initiatives with Adivasi women, children and youth in Madhya Pradesh and Telangana.

Some of your spontaneous help and outreach, whether at individual or institutional levels, allowed us to address urgent needs of children, patients suffering from TB and Silicosis and communities under distress of hunger and landlessness through humanitarian assistance, beyond our regular programmes of community actions and feminist research.

We were able to provide alternate power solutions in remote Adivasi villages where electricity is inaccessible for lighting or for irrigation. We could provide school fees, supplementary nutrition, warm clothes, torch lights and education material to children in our Bal Angans for lack of which children are both malnourished and out of school. Because of you, families have access to energy, children can attend school in the biting winter cold, and patients find hope in managing their illnesses and completing their treatment.
