Gond Adivasi women from Madhya Pradesh’s Panna district submitted applications to claim their rightful benefits under relevant government schemes. Widows applied for pension, ration cards for relocated families in the Panna Tiger Reserve (PTR) area. Villages have witnessed many deaths due to silicosis and tuberculosis (TB) prevalence being high. Women also applied for death certificates of their deceased kin.
