In an important initiative, Adivasi women from Bador panchayat of Madhya Pradesh’s Panna district are preparing detailed registers of their biodiversity and forest resources. They are also closely tracking changes in eco-systems to monitor their habitat and environmental health.
This is part of the intergenerational knowledge sharing within their community and to bring more youth into engaging with their local habitats.
