Youth Skill-Building: Swaroop's Participation in Access Livelihoods’ RRE Fellowship

As part of Dhaatri's commitment to youth skill-building, our team member Swaroop Rayudu had the incredible opportunity to participate in Access Livelihoods’ Reimagine Responsible Enterprises (RRE) Fellowship. This hands-on programme focused on experiential learning, community impact, and personal growth.

"I researched the struggles faced by Hyderabad's auto drivers, which was my favourite experience from the initial month of the fellowship because I got to learn about the challenges faced by my fellow city folk. I also learned about budgeting and planning for social enterprises and explored community mobilisation through visits to organisations working in sustainable farming, women’s entrepreneurship, and scheme linkages," shares Swaroop.

"With the knowledge and ideas gained through the RRE Fellowship, I am confident I can make a positive impact. This experience has given me a clear vision of my goals and how to address community challenges."
