Our latest five-day workshop in Panna brought together our young team of community educators, who are committed to enhancing the learning experiences for children in our Bal Angans.
The first two days focused on deepening our educators' understanding of the curriculum framework, ensuring that every activity aligns with our goals for holistic child development. This workshop emphasised on child-centred teaching methods, utilising natural materials and everyday observations to enrich learning.
Our educators explored the wonders of seed germination, engaging in hands-on experiments and insightful group discussions. They captured the magic of growth as they recorded changes in seeds and reflected on how these activities foster curiosity, vocabulary development, and early scientific thinking.

The fun didn't stop there! Other activities at the workshop included storytelling, games, and interactive tasks designed to enhance attention, confidence, and teamwork among children. These allow learners to discover knowledge through their actions, connecting with the natural world around them.
As we strengthen our educators' skills, we foster a culture of continuous learning. By grounding education in natural experiences and local knowledge, we are committed to creating classrooms where curiosity thrives and every child is encouraged to explore.
