A three-day training workshop for community educators was organised in Ganj Basoda, Madhya Pradesh to help them enhance their teaching skills and address the academic gaps in children's learnings.
The workshop included school pedagogy, subject-specific training, curriculum planning, and how to work with the community in addressing the challenges of child labour and children dropping out of school.
As part of our Community Education Programme, the young teachers conduct after-school classes, where they converge academic lessons with cultural and ecological activities to help children bridge gaps in their education.
