Youth

We engage with Adivasi and Rural youth to connect ecological resources with their education and livelihood.

Training and capacity building for Adivasi youth in eco-feminism, resource governance, and leadership. As active change-makers, they anchor our grassroots programmes and secure essential social security entitlements for their communities.

Vocational and Livelihood Skills

Connecting Adivasi youth to alternative, sustainable livelihoods away from hazardous, unsafe wage labour. We support them with practical training in tailoring, eco-construction, and digital literacy, while facilitating certified courses and apprenticeships.

Youth-led Ethnography and Oral History Documentation

Equipping young tribal storytellers with visual ethnography, digital media, and documentation skills. They document oral histories, local folklore, and recipes of herbal remedies from village elders, preserving precious adivasi ecological heritage.

Gender and Sexual Health

Encouraging open dialogues on adolescent sexual health, menstrual hygiene, and body safety. Utilising creative engagement methods like community theatre, our aim is to enable youth to actively dismantle deep-rooted social taboos.
